Pineapple Angel Food Cake
600ml Crushed Pineapple
1 box Angel Food Cake - Cake Mix
In a large bowl, mix the contents of the cake mix with the crushed pineapple (with the pineapple juice) and mix thoroughly until frothy.
Pour into lightly greased cake pans and bake for 40 minutes at 350.
**TIP** Begin checking cakes after 30 minutes. Remove from oven when cakes are golden brown and toothpick comes out clean from center of the cake.
Let sit on counter until cool, then transfer to plate and sprinkle with icing sugar. (Optional)
**TIP** Serve warm or chilled.
