DIY Ice Capps


1Tbsp (Full) Instant Coffee
3Tbsp Sugar
1/5 cup Boiling Water
1/3 Can of Evaporated Milk
1-1 1/2 Cup Milk (White or Chocolate)
36  Ice Cubes
Smuckers Caramel, Strawberry or Chocolate Syrup Ice Cream topping (Optional)

Step 1:

Place Ice Cubes, Evaporated Milk and White or Chocolate Milk in to blender.

Add Smuckers Ice-Cream Topping (Optional) for Chocolate, Caramel or Strawberry flavoring. (To taste - approximately 2-3Tbsp)

Step 2:

Mix Boiling Water, Coffee, Sugar.
Pour into blender over ice and milk

Step 3:

Blend until consistency of a slushy.

Step 4:

Top with Whipped Cream, Cinnamon, Pumpkin Pie Spice, Caramel, Chocolate or Strawberry syrup, Chocolate Shavings - Anything goes! (Optional)

Yield: 4-6 Glasses
